Kimchi Bokkeumbap alias Nasi goreng Kimchi...resepnya lagi lagi ambil dari Aeri's Korean Cookbook, kimchinya beli di Molla Molla, enak lho...pedas asam gitu....ga ribet bikinnya.
Trust me....beli deh bukunya, cobain resep resepnya simple ga pake ribet xixixiiii......

Fish Cake Guk

Ini salah satu resep yang aku coba dari bukunya Aeri Lee, Aeri's Korean Cookbook 1 yang aku beli online di amazon, resepnya simple.
Tapi sayang aku ga punya kelp yang katanya rumput laut yang lebih tebal dari nori...jauh beda katanya...
jadi aku ga pakai sih.....

Hasilnya still yummy kok....

Brocolli with Fish Cake

Anak anak selain bayam, sayur yang digemari itu brokoli...dan aku sendiri lebih suka brokoli....gampang dimacem macemin, dicampur apa ajah enak.

Kali ini aku ada stok fish cake atau oden yang diolah dari ikan tuna dan tepung berasal dari Korea, aku suka bener, mandu juga suka....hmmm...atas dasar makanan suka semua kayaknya hahahaaa....

Dan brokolli yang ini aku campur dengan oden dan juga udang kecil...hasilnya uenakkkk....
tapi ga bisa nulis resep karena ini asal nyampur ajah dengan bahan yang tersedia di kulkas....

Mesti stok lagi nih oden dan mandu nya.....doyan soale....

Beef Bulgogi

Resepnya aku dapet dari Aeri's Kitchen yang sebenarnya Sempio Bulgogi....Sempio itu merk dari bumbunya, nahhh...aq ga pakai Sempio karena ga ada jadi ga bisa pake judul Sempio Bulgogi heheheee...

Simpel banget tapi hasilnya yummy benerrr....especially for a lazy cook for me....hmmm....simply delicious is truly worth it hahaaaa.......

Sempio Bulgogi by Aeri's Kitchen

Main Ingredients

• 1 lb Beef (2 Cups)
• ½ Cup Sempio Bulgogi Sauce - aku pakai sauce yang khusus untuk bulgogi juga tapi merk beda
• ½ Cup Onion
• ⅓ Cup Carrot
• 2 Green Onions - aku pakai 1 saja, karena di kulkas cuman ada satu xixixiiii

How to....
Campurkan beef dengan Bulgogi Sauce dan diamkan di freezer selama kurang lebih 15 menit.
Sementara itu, potong kotak memanjang untuk carrot dan iris onion serta green onions.
Panggang di api kemudian masukkan semua bahan aduk sampai daging masak, lalu angkat

Gampang kan? heheheee.....
 

On My Lazy Sunday

How can I said it was my lazy Sunday when I have two cakes in my oven and waiting for decorations...
Hiks....I shouldn't take any order for Monday....so I don't have to bake on Sunday

Although I still try to do my best for relax hahahaaa.......
My cakes already bake, so I let them cool for a while....and it just my time to cook instans noodle that I bought from Kimchi Heaven and put Gyoza in it.

Gyoza or Korean dumpling in vegetable flavor, there are Kimchi, vegetable and leek dumpling.
This time I chose Vegetable dumpling its look like dim sum but a lil bit different taste

I bought only 25 pcs gyoza....ohhh....next time should buy them more, cause I like them....

 Slurrrppp......its totally yummy.... Is it because I love noodle instant just like Jae Suk Running Man? hahahaa..... may be

It makes my Sunday a lil bit better now....

My Simply food

When I was little girl my grandmother who lived with us likes to fried cassava and eat them with butter and sugar.....
Its such wonderful afternoon....sitting around and having warm conversation with it.
My Grandma loves to eat cake with buttercream unfortunatelly she didn't ever eat my cakes cause she passed away while I was still teenager....still didn't care about anything in the kitchen hahahaaa......silly me

I never be able make wonderful cake for my father too...hiks...now I think I want to turn back the time and baking cake for my father and grandma...now only memories that I have and regret how fool I was.
Why I didn't start baking in my younger age ....

When my mom fried them, I put on the plate and add butter and sugar directly....as if I rewind my childhood with my grandma.

My kiddos also love it, they just can't stop ate this simply food, just sitting with them and my mom and laughing all the stories that my kiddos told....
It such a wonderful time....

Actually I almost forget about this simply food, but when my mom bring cassavas home and fried them, suddenly my childhood memories back....

Thanks mom for this simply cassava who makes warm condition in this afternoon....

Bento for my Kiddos

 I love making bento, so much fun beside its really healthy. Cause I make everything by myself. I'd like to take a lesson for bento so I can manage and make a better bento. Wish I can make my dream comes true...

 Contains rice, noodle, home made nugget and home made cookies

This bento contains, rice, scramble egg, capcay, fried tempe and strawbery jelly...
And really excited that my kiddos love them and eat them all....Love u kiddos....

Mini Quichee

Finally I tried to make this Mini Quiche, I used recipes from Sedap Magazine but I modified with ingridients I have.....

I used spinach, mushroom and sausages for the topping and....cheese of course.
I hope my kiddos will be enjoy it....but unfortunatelly I found out that they don't like mushrom hahahaaa....but my hubby like it, thanks God....

I have to find recipes which use vegetable for ingridients...so my daughter who doesn't like vegetables will eat them without throw them to the garbage tin....hufft...

Wonderful Cookies I made ^_^

This wonderful cookies called...Blueberry Jam Drop Cookies, contains of almond powder...my kiddos love it so much....they can't stop eat them hahahaaa....

I got almond powder via online its quite expensive according to my wallet hahahaaa.....but when you mix it in batter cake or cookies it became amazing.

Actually I'd like to try making macaron but still doubt ... not sure how to start...so much worried. Don't want to waste the expensive ingredient, almond powder.... I try this recipe.

Crunchy sweet blueberry... it worths to try .... in the next Lebaran...I'm gonna make this for one of my idol cookies....

 Yaaaiii.....can't stand just watching they ate their delicious food .... hmmm....I love hot spicy food that's why I chose Gojuchang and Bulgogi sauce....
And of course noodle hahahaaaa........

 As you see...sometimes I just addicted buying something not making hahahaaa......so I always find a reason to cancel making them.....even I found Kfood has simply way to cook....

See the noodle and snack on my pict, they're gone .... immediatelly hahahahaaa...... I love Yeul Ramyun ... with hot taste...of course xixixiii....the second goes to Kimchi Ramyun...

Next I wanna try Kimchi from Kimchi Heaven online shop for KFood ... hmmm...Tteokbokki also...Oden Fish ....so much wanna try....

How To Be A Domestic Goddess...

I'm proud to say I love baking, that's why I love to collect so many books of them, recipes...decorating...sometimes not cause I wanna to try just satisfied my eyes hahahaa......cause I love to see wonderfull cakes or cupcakes....whatever delicious of course.

I'm a big fan of Nigella Lawson, since I watch her in Nigella Express in AFC Channel...

I bought 3 recipe books of Nigella Lawson, but I love the most is How To be A Domestic Goddess...her recipes are simply delicious....love the simply way she makes...
Her books are the first book which bought from Amazon.com...its worth every penny that I spent for her books.

I like my second book too...Nigella Express....the third book How To Eat....cause I love picture....and in this third book I bought there aren't many pictures of food....so I rare touch and read this book....hahahaaa....maybe next time I have to buy comic book than recipes book....

Running Man....My Fave Variety Show

I hate man who run away from their life or their responsibility....but I love the man who always running in this variety show....ahhaaayyy......they're so funny....love them....love them....big big hugsssss.....

The most funny and full of chaos hahahaa....

They are Lee Kwang Soo, the most unlucky man in this show hahaha.....
Kim Jong Kook, man with power....so strong and also smart I think....do you?  ...#answer me....quickly *_^

Now, every saturday 3 eps Running Man in One ..... I usually can watch until 2 eps...the third I must be fall asleep....its almost morning.....gosh....why don't start earlier....huff....but for now... I can deal with it.

Welcome 2013....and In The Wind...

Welcome 2013, I wish I can make my dreams come true this year.....
In 2012, my wishes are almost complete Alhamdulillah....I got my Bread Maker so I can make my own fresh bread anytime I want it....

My beloved hubby gave me Freed, how cool is that? yaaaiii.....but suddenly I became a driver hiks but I enjoy it don't worry

But I close 2012 with so many illness....getting sick till I have to close my online cakery shop till January.
It's still closed now, but at this time I use it to try new recipes.... and do so many things with my kiddos...love it.

God always give us something with benefit eventhough its something we dislike.....

I have more time to play with kiddos, trying new recipes, reorganized my magazine, recipe books and others....also trying to cook hahahahaaa......

 Now I'm a lil bit crazy about Kdrama and Kpop....I think Kfood would be the next hahahaaa.....
I enjoy their song and dance so much, beside Ost To The Beautiful You, I also order this B1A4 online from Teuki Kshop at facebook...they're also in twitter.
